LOEVA Transparent Paddleboard with Lighting System

Can a simple paddle board give you an insight into the secrets of the sea? LOEVA Paddleboard is constructed of predominantly clear materials and features windowsills that offer unobstructed views of the sea and the sea.

It is made of a special type of acrylic glass called Altuglas ShieldUp and is shaped like a standard plate. Le Standup measures 128 x 31 inches and is therefore about the size of a normal paddle board, but much larger than a normal paddle board.

Two crystal clear segments are joined by an aerospace-grade white carbon structure that keeps them light (just 44 pounds) and stable. Not only is the transparent construction outstanding, the material consists of a combination of carbon fiber, aluminum, steel, glass and stainless steel.

Le StandUp is equipped with ultra white LED lights. The transpatent paddleboard's lighting system is able to create a halo that illuminates a range of up to 50 feet in clear waters. Powered by a LifePo4 battery, this board promises an illuminated paddle for night water excursions.

The board is numbered, but they have not announced a release date for it, except for its release in late 2016 or early 2017.

Each board will come with a dolphin-like fin, a leash (lest you get fall in the water) and a charger with an international adaptor. LOEVA has partnered with REEFSCAPERS where each board sold allows to resettle a part of the ocean’s coral reef.
